Delta Fair aka Yes please take all my money Carnies

Ok so the fair is a big deal right? or at least I thought it was growing up.  I remember 4-H events and petting zoos, yummy food and fun ride and my favorite thing the games.  However, it costs so much money.  I have a family of 6+ the Nan aka Nanna so going to the fair is no small feat.  Leave the fact that we all have to cram into the minivan, think about the bags of crap I have to pack to make sure I am prepared for any situation that may occur.  What kind of situation you ask? oh I don't know, someone pees on themselves (Aiden), Someone ruins their outfit by dropping everything they drink or eat on it (Noah), someone is hungry wants to collect and buy everything they see (Kyla), Someones feet hurt (the Nan), Someone needs a nap (Noah and Aiden), Someone needs a breathing treatment or has an allergy attack (Abel)... and last but certainly not least someone needs a smoke break and wants to just dish out money for everything the kids ask for (The Nan and Daddy).  Ok Ok so that is normal I am ready for all that how about the tickets and the wrist bands and the food and the drinks and the games and the souvenirs...pictures taken in old-time western clothes lol, hats with your name spray painted on glow sticks, toys, knives, pets all these things are being sold and blown up prices and I have to be ready.  So I have declared that my kids will not miss out on the fun and I will not spend $500.  I will buy my tickets and wristbands before I enter.  I will pack water, juice and Coke for the Daddy as well as yummy food so that all we will need to buy is funnel cake and maybe a corn dog.  For the games I will bring a small amount of cash and each individual will have an allowance of $10 for some kind of dumb Souvenir.  Keeping my total cost down to $225 ugh that's a lot of money.  But what can I say I love my kids and the fair is the fair maybe Ill get a part time job to pay for it lol.
