Very interesting.  So a friend of mine said just the other day that Memphis TN is coming into the technology age or at least becoming more like the other great cities of the states.   I am finding more and more jobs that are multimedia based and less and less gaps between us and lets say Portland OR.  Take for example midtown, for years they have been trying to develop some kind of real community there something substantial that you can enjoy spending time at and I believe they have finally accomplished that task.  Now those same forward thinking type people are moving their endeavors to the 'hood' so to speak with this bike share.  Personally I think it will be great to have access to some sort of transportation that isn't the bus or a car and will make you feel healthier in the long run.  I love riding bikes however they are expensive and hard to acquire if you are living in poverty which I believe the majority of Memphis is living in.  So bring it on Explore Bike Share, I do however have on suggestion, because most people in the 'hood' do not have access to or know how to use the internet I would offer an onsite sign up similar to the library rather than attempting to go completely tech.  I would also suggest bike carts for little kids to ride in since so many young people in this city have kids.  All and all good job creating new options for a city in the dark ages.
